Teens of America (TOA) is a multifaceted, non-profit organization that impacts the lives of youth, families, and communities across the country. The mission of the TOA is to encourage, train, and equip teens with the necessary tools to break the chains of negative choice. TOA works in cooperation with schools, police departments, and other community-based organizations throughout the country to instill a passion for success in the hearts of teens. TOA works to inspire a commitment to achievement through personal efforts by encouraging teens to stand up for what is right no matter what everyone else is doing.

The vision of Teens of America(TOA) is to establish and maintain a variety of resources to help educate and empower youth, families, and community members across the United States. TOA strives to prepare and assist youth for the many challenges in which they face on a daily basis. In order to achieve its goals, TOA will collaborate with other organizations through special events, youth assemblies and programs, and establishing community and teen centers in order to promote the mission of TOA.

Today’s youth are bombarded by messages of what it takes to be cool. For some, cool is being in a gang. For others, it’s drugs, alcohol, or violence. We believe that youth need to discover and understand who they are before they can make sound decisions about their future, they aren’t 100% of our population, but they are 100% of our future. Teens need to know what they believe in, what they are good at, what their goals and dreams are, and that the choice belongs to them but not the consequences. Our focus is to assist and support teens to discover their dreams, inspiring them to achieve their goals and encouraging them to be true to themselves. We believe that it is unacceptable for teens to sacrifice their goals to peer pressure, violence or victimization. Our desire is to help teens overcome adversity by promoting a message of hope. We, at Teens of America (TOA) excel at working with troubled youth, because we provide acceptance, love, and respect. Our goal is to inspire youth to become the leaders of tomorrow and to overcome the many challenges they may face in their home, school, or community.” – TOA
